主軸支 組合組裝-檢查項目 (T側) 推力軸承背面-無異物 Confirm clear surface of the turbine side thrust bearing back-side

推力塊表面-無異物 Confirm clear surface of the thrust collar both sides
推力塊方向-正確 Confirm direction of the thrust collar

裝上新O-ring時要塗潤滑剤 Install new O-ring after applying lubricants

Findings before repair損壞及故障內容
The NO2 turbocharger were had cut out operation system
Silencer, scroll, impeller and thust bearing were removed and refitted for inspection.
Nozzle ring were removed and refitted for On board cleaned and inspection.
Turbine rotor withdraw and refitted for inspedtion.
Turbine blade, nozzle ring, gas outlet guide and grating were checked, the condition were normal.
The clearance of posirion "A" and "B" was checked, the condition were normal.
The clearance of axial and end of rotor shaft run-out was checked, the measurement were within limit.
Journal bearings T.S. and B.S. was checked, the condition were normal.
Thrust bearing was colour checked on both sides, the condition were within limit.
Compressor side oil labyrinth fine oil leak very slighty

Findings before repair損壞及故障內容:
