Support and work with all Villa Managers in all aspects of running this Villa.
Ensure the Villas are in operative condition as to receive & serve the guests.
Conduct regular operations team meeting with Villa Managers daily / weekly to discuss routine
operational matters, sales targets, guest feedback and any staff issues. Minutes of the meeting to be
sent to Operational Director & MD.
Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
Monitor the purchases / PRs of each Villa, the accounts receivable, inventory of each villa
Randomly inspecting the Villas to check the stock in hand ensure all inventory is accurate & supplies are
adequate / properly documented.
Inspecting all Villas for SOP implementation and Training is being completed.
Inspecting all Villas with their respective Manager's for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, staff
grooming & hospitality culture.
Monitor the co-ordination between all departments for smooth & efficient operations.
Working with Villa Managers identifying staff learning needs and assisting with development
Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or
informally.
Conduct weekly / Daily meeting with marketing people for enquiry & follow up & conversion to grow up
the business.
Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
Welcome guest to villa at check-in and check in every few days after check-in
Ensuring that all operations are properly documented, and documentation is being filled.
