Job Scope :
Responsible for maintain guest villa, public area including guest rest room and working areas. and
the villa premises in general in a clean and orderly manner. Also coordinating daily housekeeping
operations and maintaining the housekeeping operating standards. Also responsible for supervising
the villa attendants to deliver an excellent Guest satisfaction and experience. On time to time basis
may also be required to assist Butler in various activities.
General Responsibilities:
Check all villas pre-arrival
Develop good teamwork among all the staff and with other departments and maintain good
customer relationship.
Complies with hotel’s health, safety and hygiene policy

Maintain adequate stock levels
Complete stock takes as required

Conducts shift briefings to ensure villa activities and operational requirements are known
Recycles where-ever possible and enforces cost saving measures
Check the daily VIP guest, and guest preference and brief to all staff regarding that matter.
To make sure that all amenities and equipment made available to the outlet correctly
used and participates in inventory taking.
Develop good teamwork among all the staff and with other departments and maintain
good customer relationship.
Maintain effective communication among the team
Supervise the staff constantly regarding standard of service.
To ensure all staff are implementing up-selling technique.
Regularly check par stock and prepare requisition for store and general items.

Have good housekeeping and food beverage product knowledge and skill knowledge
