DEMAND LETTER

SUBJECT: Persistent offers to buy the property of Mr. Carlos Felipe.

Dear Atty. Santiago,

In the past few months, Mr. Carlos Felipe has been receiving persistent offers from Gattaca
Futures Inc. to purchase and acquire his lot located in Cavite City, for the purpose of
constructing commercial building for lease of convenience, stores, banks, and similar
commercial establishments. These persistent offers have been continuously disturbing my
client, despite several clear refusals to your offers.

Given that instance, this letter is to demand for Gatacca Futures, Inc. to refrain from continually
making insistent offers to purchase and acquire my client’s property. Mr. Felipe has clearly
expressed his refusal to sell the property, as he intended to die in the subject lot.

If you do not refrain from meddling with my client, we will make further action, including filing
a civil case against your client in violation of Article 26 of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

I am expecting a response to this demand letter not later than September 16, 2019.
