New User Login/Registration Form
New User Login Page
The below screen Fig 6.1 depicts the New Registration Form, by clicking on the same, it will navigate
the contractor the new registration form page as shown in Fig 6.2

In the below fig: 6.2, the user get click on the new user registration(which is on the right side of the
home page shown in fig 6.1) and he would be directed to the Registration Form. The User would need
to fill in the required details in the page and also provide the mandatory fields such as aadhar, a valid
mail id, phone number etc. in order to complete the user registration process. Once the registration is
complete the user would receive the login credentials via an SMS to the registered mobile number
and email to further complete the registration process.

The user has the access to choose the type of class he is applying from the dropdown as shown in the
below diagram. I.e. special class and class-1

6.3 SET PASSWORD

Once the initial registration is done the user id will be generated email and mobile. The user will have
to submit password as per his choice. By clicking “Set Password”. Once it is done user login with
respective Logins

Contractor Registration Form – Personal Details

After clicking on the “add data” button in the Fig: 6 the user would be navigated to the below screen
fig: 7.1. Here based on the initial registration few fields would be populated by default. The contractor
will have to fill in the remaining personal details that are required to complete the process. The user
needs to upload the latest photo of the contractor, address details (communication

address/Registered address, aadhar details etc. After filling in the required fields the users needs to
click on the submit button at the end of the page to move to the next page.

Details of Previous/Existing Registration Details

After the user finishes filling his personal details, he is navigated to the below screen, here the user
needs to select “yes or no” if he is already a member from the previous year or if he has submitted
the application manually. This will ensure that those details are mapped to the current application.

Details of Previous/Existing Registration Details – If the user selects “Yes”

When the user opts for “Yes” for his previous details/existing details, the user will be directed to
the below screen, here he will have to fill in his previous details accordingly so that the mapping is
done accordingly. He will have to submit his previous registration number, issued date, valid up to
date, class and category etc.

Details of Previous/Existing Registration Details – If the user selects “No”(Directed to Solvency Details
Screen)

When the user opts for “No” for his previous details/existing details, he will be directed to the
below screen, i.e. the Solvency Details Screen. The user will need to fill in the required details as
prescribed in the form. i. Solvency certificate, amount, validity, bank, branch etc. Post filling the
details accurately he will have to click on the submit button which is located at the right hand side
bottom of the page. Once submitted he would navigated to the next page.

PAN And VAT/GST Details Screen

After submitting the solvency details the user is navigated to the PAN and VAT/GST Details Screen
as shown in the below screen, the user will have to submit the pan card image, income tax return,
Vat/Tin Details, vat issuing authority, vat clearance certificate, clearance document, vat
registration issue date, vat clearance valid up to date. Post filling in these details the user needs to
submit the details by clicking on the submit Tin details at the bottom of the page right hand side.

After the user submits the Pan and VAT/GST details the user is navigated to the Turnover details,
in this form there are 4 categories (a, b, c, d). First he would need to submit details of the
chartered accountant – Name, Address, Membership number, Registration number, Turnover in
the name of the individual, turnover certificate, and total turnover. Etc.

The user here in the same screen as in fig 7.6, will have to fill in the statement of civil engineering
works any one year. User needs to select the year and add the details of the work in the provided
fields below in the screen. He has the option to add and delete the same.

The user here in the same screen as in fig 7.7, will have to fill in the profit and loss statement of
civil works and TI returns. User needs to select the year from the drop down and add the profit
and loss statement document and the same for IT returns add the assessment year from the drop
down provided fields below in the screen. At the end of the page the user needs to selects the
save turnover details button located at the right hand side bottom of the page.

Final Submission Screen

After the user submits the turnover details, he is directed to the screen shown below fig 7.8. Here
the user needs to tick the declaration box and then he has the option to either preview his
application or submit the application by clicking on the final submission button.

When the user select the preview button from the previous screen fig 7.9, a pop-up page displays
and the user is directed to the below screen fig 7.09. He can view his application as shown below
and validate it if all the details submitted by him are correct or any fields needs to be corrected.

In this page the user needs to click on the “download button”, this will navigate the user to the
declaration forms page. He would need to download the declaration forms fill in the detail scan
them and upload them by clicking on upload declaration “button.

Declaration download Screen

The user can view and download the declaration forms from the screen shown below. Fig 7.14.
After downloading the forms, the user needs to fill in the forms, sign on them and upload the
forms again by clicking on the upload declaration button (as shown in fig 7.13). The user now
needs to click on back button to go back to the previous page that is (fig 7.13)
