NOTE:
1. As an employee you are also entitled to the following additional benefits:

2. The flexible benefits pay is administered in line with the flexible benefits policy / guidelines.
3. Variable pay, if applicable, will be administered in two parts twice a year, in February and August
respectively or on prorated basis based on the tenure as of February or August.
4. Tax norms in vogue shall apply to all items of the C & B Package, and such taxes shall be charged
to your account.
5. Employees will be eligible for Gratuity payment by the Company as per the provisions of
Payment of Gratuity (Amendment) Act, 2018.
6. Once the offer is accepted, kindly fill and submit the joining formality documents which will be
shared to your personal email-id along with the scanned copies (as listed in Annexure-2) within 1
working day. Documents thus submitted will be verified on the date of joining with the
corresponding original documents.
