2.1 Employee Referral Reimbursement Eligibility
1. This will be applicable for all open positions in India alone. The employee shall be eligible for
the referral reimbursement only if the referred candidate has minimum 2 years of relevant
experience.
2. All employees employed with Infinite and its subsidiaries in India will be eligible for
reimbursement as per the referral policy.
5. Resumes received against the positions will be evaluated for their suitability as against the
published criteria by the TAG Team.
6. If found suitable, the candidate will undergo the regular recruitment process and will be hired
subject to him/her fulfilling the criteria for selection.
8. Payment of the aforesaid bonus will be paid if the offered employee joins Infinite.
9. The referral amount will be disbursed in two equal installments i.e. 50% after the candidate
completes 1 month of service at Infinite and the remaining 50% after the completion of 6
months from the date of joining of the offered candidate.
2.2 Reward
Once the candidate joins at ICS the duly filled hard copy of the TT02_Employee Referral
Reimbursement Form.doc along with the copy of the mail sent to MyReferrals@infinite.com
email id should be sent across to TAG for further processing.
2.3 General
1. Employees will have to share the responsibility of ensuring that the candidate joins as per
the offer date.
2. The candidate offered will undergo the background check compliance, and if the candidate
fails then the amount is to be recovered.
3. The employee referring the candidate will not be a member of the interview panel identified
to interview the candidate whom he/she has referred.
4. The employee should not engage directly OR indirectly in any kind of unethical/
unprofessional practices in order to ensure the candidate’s selection.
