Refer to the attached "FCA progress monitoring table (1326 XP-100i) (ver20131111)" for
applicable serial numbers for each market.

Summary:
As a countermeasure against nonconformity of the XP Series power supply unit, a field
corrective action (FCA#1326) will be taken.

Detailed Information:
It was found that some wiring cords in the power supply unit on XP series may not be
assembled properly at Kakogawa factory. Although customers will not have any problems and
this nonconformity does not affect the measurement result, this failure is a deviation from in-
house design.

Action To Be Taken :
Verify the power supply unit wiring on a next customer visit basis. If determined that there is a
case of nonconformity using the attachments 1-3 attached below, please order part from
inventory and replace the part. Then, please send part replacement information to Quality
Assurance division at S-Corp. QA division will replenish parts.
