I am writing to express my interest in the Organizational Effectiveness Consultant position at

Henry Ford Health System. I am enthusiastic about my study in the field of Organizational
Behavior and I believe that I would be a valuable addition to the Henry Ford Health System.

I have worked with the public for a number of years, observing behavior and working to
understand what it is that makes people successful in their careers. My research at Wayne State
Universities’ Organizational Psychology lab taught me the various effects that our environment
has on work productivity. I have learned how to problem solve and investigate multiple
possibilities to reach a conclusion. While developing and running research trials, I gained great
insight on how to lead a team. Working at a local nursing home gave me the drive to improve the
lives of others through my profession. I aspire to actively improve the organizational climate at
your healthcare system, so that we are well prepared to exceed the expectations of those we
serve. I have a strong knowledge base in the field of Organizational Behavior, with the
motivation to make a difference in our community.
