HOW TO DEFINE A GOOD LEADER?

Ethics is a system of
moral principles that
govern human
behavior in his
community.
Leaders have to
choose between what
is right and wrong by
using their standard
of morality.
 THE IMPORTANCE OF ETHICS ON LEADERSHIP

 Ethics of leaders often determines the way of the

leaders lead his people to achieve their purpose.
 Ethics helps leaders to make a right decision.
 Most likely unethical leaders produce unhealthy or
damaging condition for the people they lead or even
for other people.
 Behavior of leaders is usually followed by their
people.
