2. Your office was requested to defend Governor, Punjab in Civil Suit titled

“Muhammad Rafique, Advocate Vs Section Officer (OMB-II), Governor’s Secretariat, Punjab, etc.”

vide letter No. SO(OMB-II)/GS/567/2016 dated 19.04.2017. In response of this letter, no update /

status of the Civil Suit was provided to this Secretariat.

3. In view of above, I am directed to request you provide the latest status of Civil Suit

titled “Muhammad Rafique, Advocate Vs Section Officer (OMB-II), Governor’s Secretariat, Punjab,

etc.” for appraisal of Governor.
