NOTIFICATION:

SOR-III (S&GAD)2-10/2006. In exercise of the powers conferred upon him under

Rule 13 of the Punjab Civil Servants Act, 1974 (VIII of 1974), the Governor of the
Punjab has pleased to direct that in the Punjab civil Servants (Appointment and Conditions
of Service) Rules, 1974, the following further amendment shall be made:

AMENDMENT:

In the said rules, in rule 17-A, in the proviso, after the words and
figures “BS-1 to 5”, the words “and the posts of Junior Clerks
(BS-07)” shall be inserted.
