GUIDELINES / INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING THE INVESTMENT PROOFS:

Note:
1. Employee ID and Name should be mentioned on each proof/document submitted for easy identification else these will be
ignored.
2. Proof Submission Form (duly SIGNED) should be stapled together with other documents and sent in ONE lot.
3. Do not send monthly reimbursement claims with Savings proofs
4. Investments / Payments made during the current Financial Year-FY (April 2020 to March 2021) alone will be considered for
tax exemption.
5. PAN No. is Mandatory.
