My activity will be carried out on the life of an engineer who works in the chaneme
company where I will express to him how he feels in the company the work he
does, how it is going with his employment at that company, how he does to lead
such a large group and what advantages and Disadvantages has brought the
profession, which is what you are most passionate about in your profession when
you have had difficulties, how you reacted and how you replaced your
achievements, successes and goals, and finally, how your job and time with your
family change

Glosario

 Engineer:

An engineer is a person with professional dedication in a field of

engineering. Engineers are concerned with the development of economical

and safe solutions to practical problems, through the application of

mathematics and scientific knowledge, taking into account technical

limitations

 Leadership: When you form a team you need someone to lead it

 mechanical technician:

Mechanical engineering technicians design and operate programs designed

to keep machinery running, and provide technical advice in diagnosing and

repairing breakdowns in industrial equipment and instruments

 organization:

An organization is a system designed to achieve certain goals and

objectives. These systems can, in turn, be made up of other related

subsystems that fulfill specific functions

 Business: A company is an economic-social unit, made up of human,

material and technical elements, which has the objective of obtaining profits

through its participation in the market for goods and services

 Lead:

It is to decide the necessary internal organization, so that it is possible to

achieve the objectives of the company through the human resources that it

 to work:

Work is all that activity, whether of manual or intellectual origin, that is

Fellowship is the attitude of those who accompany and support each other

to achieve some goal. Fellowship is also called this kind of bond between
 partners, as well as the situation of harmony and good correspondence

between them.

 Responsibility:

Responsibility is the fulfillment of obligations, or care when making decisions

or doing something. Responsibility is also the fact of being responsible for

someone or something

 Effort:

Effort is what separates us from lazy and unsuccessful people, it makes us

stronger because every effort is strength, it is our impulse to better things in

our life tomorrow and it makes us better people with respect to responsibility

and commitment.
