Do hereby solemnly declare that on admission to the University of Wah, I will abide by the
existing rules, regulation and instructions regarding discipline, academics, administration and
those which will be implemented from time to time by the administration of the University.

I hereby also solemnly declare that during my stay in the University, I will confine myself to the
academic activities and such other co-curricular activities which are allowed by the University
administration and will not participate in any type of political activity/protest or strike (inside
and outside the University Campus) regarding any rule/regulation or decision taken by
University administration.

In case of violation of above affidavit, the University administration shall have full authority,
without calling my explanation, to rusticate me from the University or give me any suitable
punishment.
