Answer to the question 1:
Yes, I think I have diversity in my family. We are diverse with occupation, age, experience,
education background etc. My family consisted with seven members and they are my father,
mother, sister, brother-in-law, brother, sister-in-law and me. In age perception there are three
generation who differs from each other mentality and thinking. My father and mother are from
different generation. They think they were very obedient to their parents than us. They think what
the use of the phone. They do not accept technology so easily. They think technology is harmful
for our health. On the other hand, other two generation are easily adoptable to the technology. My
father is a BCS cadre and my mother is a high school teacher. They think government job is a big
achievement for life but we think creating own identity of doing a business is great achievement or
corporate private job is the goal to get life settle down. Our education background different from
each other, Father did his under graduation in Islamic history and also his post-graduation in this
subject. My mother did her under graduation in economics also did her post-graduation in this
subject. My sister and brother-in-law did they’re under graduation in pharmacy and post-
graduation in this subject. My brother did his BBA and MBA in MIS and my sister-in-law did her

under graduation in botany and also did her post – graduation in this subject. My brother doing job
in masco bazar and my sister-in-law doing job south east bank school, my brother-in-law and sister
doing a business to make their identity. And I am doing my BBA in ULAB, so that these differences
make us diverse from each other. We face advantage and disadvantage from this diversity , while
taking decision we can get know about each other field and get idea to look on the overview of
taking the right decision. Disadvantage also faced by us , such as sometimes we can not
understand each other thinking about career because all have different background of education
and for that we face problem when we are about to take decision about our career.
