Turn off ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (counter clockwise)

Remove CF-Card cover on top of the BCS

Right under the cover you will find two CF-Cards

Take out the software card and put the new one in

Secure the cards against dust and dirt by putting the cover back on

Turn back on ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (clockwise)

Click on the button with the “small pencil”

Click on “update BCS backup file”

With this Button you write all settings and values written in the controller to your new CF-Card to keep the
machine settings

Go back to the start up screen by using the “door button”

Turn off ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (counter clockwise) and wait 10s

Turn back on ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (clockwise) and you finish
