Controller Change Out Service Training

You can use this description/ guide to change out any controller on the machine.

Turn off ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (counter clockwise)

Disconnect plugs of the controllers (example of drive controller is shown below)

1. Loosen the screws on the left side of the controller. Use a Phillips screw driver
(PH2)
2. Carefully hold the controller while removing the screws on the right hand side of
the controller.
3. Remove the controller by sliding it to the right and lifting out.

Out the new controller in by doing the steps backwards explained on page 5

Connect plugs of the controllers (example of drive controller is shown below)

Turn back on ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (clockwise)

Put the checkmark in right next to the controller name you just changed out (example of drive controller on
right hand side)

Choose the right engine fitted on your machine by using the drop down menu

Hit the “write” button to write the factory settings to your new controller you just fitted

Go back to the start up screen by using the “door button”

Turn off ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (counter clockwise) and wait 10s

Turn back on ignition by using the key switch on the operators tower (clockwise) and you finish

In case you are not using the factory settings anymore please skip page 13 to 18 of these guide and click
on “engine controller right hand”.

Please use the “write” button on this page to write the “set values” to your controller you just changed.

Go back to the start up screen by using the “door button”
