I highly recommend Pierce Nzeribe for any available position within your organization. Pierce is
incredibly hard working, unusually bright, and has exceptional organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Pierce and I have regularly interacted in multiple settings over the last few years. When I first met Pierce,
I was immediately impressed with his intellect, ambition, and heavy schedule. After learning I was an
attorney, Pierce initiated a conversation about schooling, the practice of law, and best strategies he might
implement to reach his goals of serving the less fortunate through the practice of law.

Despite being a full-time student, a part-time employee, and devoted to his family, Pierce takes time out
of his busy schedule to mentor youth and inspire others. After getting to know Pierce, he learned I
mentor a group of young men ages 12-18 years old. Without personally knowing any of these young
men, Pierce volunteered to spend an hour to an hour and a half with them over numerous consecutive
Saturdays. Pierce would lead them through intense workouts, talk with them about their goals, and offer
encouragement. Two of these young men are my sons. His association with them, and the other youth,
has led to meaningful, practical improvement in their lives.

While it would be difficult to identify Pierce’s greatest attribute, it may be his work ethic. As the son of a
Nigerian immigrant, Pierce embodies the determination and willingness to sacrifice to achieve his
objectives. However, equally impressive is Pierce’s intellect and his ability to cogently weigh and
consider best approaches to achieving his goals. I am so impressed with his ability to organize, prioritize,
and successfully execute the many demands he manages.

Lastly, one of Pierce’s greatest strengths is his aptitude for interpersonal dynamics and his humility. All
who know Pierce like him. He naturally relates to people, he is a phenomenal listener, he is empathetic,
and despite being incredibly talented, he is genuinely humble. It is rare to see someone so bright,
talented, hardworking, and humble.

Pierce would be a fantastic addition to your team. I strongly recommend him for any position. Please
