Executive Summary
Our business plan is to provide online bus ticket booking service around all areas
in Sargodha and to accomplish this plan at initial stage with the partnership of five
partners named Mahboob UL Hassan,Muhammad Sabir, Muhammad Imran
,Muhamma Faizan and Muhammad Bilal. We provide online bus ticket booking
facility on mobile phone. Our application name is Quick Pay. We are launching

this idea because in Sargodha there is no such facility with the help of which
travelers get all information of every transport company on mobile phone with in
seconds. Our customer will be travelers who travel daily, weekly and monthly
bases from Sargodha to different cities of Pakistan belongs to all classes and
cultures living in Sargodha (Businessmen, Students, Salesperson and Travel
Lovers). It is a innovative and unique concept in our city. QuickPay provides
quality services withour professional, featured and Updated mobile application.
We will give full attention to customer’s requirements and provide services
according to their demand and desire. Customer is the King and our every move is
related to their comfort, facility and value. We will provide services of online
ticket booking, updated schedule, current fairs and latest route maps moreover
customers will get news about every discounts and offers which any travel
company is offering. Our mobile application will get major market share of ticket
booking in Sargodha because no one is offering such vast services in this field. We
would like to expand our business city by city around all over the Pakistan and we
are considering it as our future prospect.

handle.Our business is at initial stage and have to follow the price which
competitors and market set because it is essential to stay in the market. We have no
experience in the market so it’s our weakness at this time.

in our area we are using old, typical and slow techniques as we are providing

Currently we don’t have any direct competitor but when any competitor enters
market with more investment and provides promotional discounts then our
customers start shifting towards competitors and this will be a threatening situation
for our company’s future. In our region travel companies are not providing online
booking, schedules and fares facility. So we are providing these services and
getting benefit but when these companies realize about their this deficiency and
they start providing such facilities then this will be threatening for our business
survival.

purposes to cover our business plan and search about such services of online ticket
booking in different regions to make our plan and working better and more
productive. By analyzing our research material we deduced that it could be very
profitable in such busy and fast moving life.
