Executive summary

Finzy medicated shoes is going to launch a medicated shoes. We are going to offer
Medicated shoes only for patients in a certain diseases to reveal their discomfort.
Offering best shoes for heel pain is our main priority. These shoes are made with the
consultant of special doctors of these diseases.
This disease push us to think that there is a need in the market of Pakistan of medicated
shoes. There are some brands which also offer the comfort shoes but they are offering
with the verity of shoes like heels, jogar, and all other kind of shoes. But we decide to
offer only medicated shoes for the patients who are suffering from the heels diseases.

We will offer the shoes on affordable price

Our purpose is to meet with all type of heel problem. For some shoes we are authorized our
customer so that they can order for custom shoes.

Nature of the business:

Business strives for a profit by providing goods and services desired by its customers. The
nature of the business is partnership and manufacturing concern all except that we are opening
our brands on different places in different cities.

Goods are manufactured and sold to the customer only on our own brand shops. No local sale
is allowed.

Product or service:

Shoes will be manufactured in the factory according to the demand of customer or on the basis
of market research. And when the shoes are manufactured and dispatch, we will send to these
in the warehouse. From warehouse shoes are distributed to the different outlets in different
areas where there is a need of displaying.

The services are of all types will be offered by the company. And all vehicles for delivery is
provided by the company.

The shoes are available in all cities of Pakistan with the passage of time but we are coming as a
newly start company so in start we only open outlets in Lahore.

The chairperson of the company named as fizza Liaquat with 10 year chief executive officer
experience Bata. And chief executive officer of the company will be Liaquat Ali who have also a
15 year experienced with good reputation and sound background history in business.

There will be hierarchy in the management of business from top to bottom and left to right all
department will be managed according to hierarchy.

All hired management will be experienced according to their destination. Every individual will
be responsible to their work and must be checked by the authorized person.

All workers and employed fully trained and skilled. They must be motivated enough so that no

Business concept:

In Pakistan there is a no company who offer medicated shoes as a niche and established a set
for medicated shoes.

We an innovator and coming as a first mover in the market of Pakistan. Pakistani or foreign
brands in Pakistan still no one have introduce the brand like that.

Finzy medicated incorporated on apirl 2020. Finzy have a long chain of distribution channel in
its on outlet.

The company will offer shoes for both gender male and female and customer shoes for some
diseases as well.

Company will launch the brand in Pakistan only but with the passage of time we will ship the
shoes across the boarder.

We know that time vaku of our customer so,We provides our services online as well. We
facilitate our customer by online order but for custom shoes the customer must have to visit
the outlet for desired produt.Our online websit name is finzy MD.com.

Mission define the clear image of the business as define in mission we are going to to provide
high quality shoes. We trained our employee and enhance their value and teach about business
ethic to them. Ethics are more important in business then ever. We arrange the outlet in a way
that attract the customer.

The main purpose of the business is to earn profit and maximize the wealth of its shareholders.
There are more many purposes of the business that are satisfy customer is one of them we are
trying with our best that provide a shoes that customer really wants to wear. It is our main
priority for our customer.

We valued our customer by providing such an amazing comfort shoes and that shoes are able
to reveal our customer from pain.

The material which we use have a great quality and long lasting. We will offer warranties for our
shoes to our customers. Shoes will be manufactured in the factory in the presence of
responsible manager. After the shoe is manufacture it will be tested. If it is approved then
dispatch for the outlets.

All the outlets are connected with the office of chief executive officer and he can see any time
whats going on in the outlets. All the managers and officers are well experienced and well
trained. We will facilitate our employee, manager, worker with some facilities according to their
post.

There will be residual hostels for managers and officers and we will providing them all type of
facility to them which is needed. We have a lawyer as well he will help us in any logistic
problem. We pay off all charges of our employee.

We will be using a modern technology for making our shoes. All modern technology important
from the japan. All work will be on machines. We convert the system completely on machinery.
Shoes will be produced by using modern techniques. Custom shoes are also manufactured with
the machines and by hand as well.

Shapes are down by the experts on the software then these shapes are applying in production
department after the approval of concerns. and material for these shoes must be preffered high
quality. After the design completion sketch must be approved by the doctors as well.

In production department design is set in the machines and material is put all, cutting and
finishing work done by the machines. after the shoes is ready it will be packed by the machines
as well. After proper packing shoes will reached in the warehouse. And from wherehouse these
will be distribute in all outlets.

Products or services:

our product is unique because there is no a wide range of shoes or you can say a different kind
of shoes. We are providing a wide range of variety with in medicated shoes we are not offering
any kind of shoes like pencil heel shoes etc. with in our product there is a wide range. We offer
our shoes for men and women but also child.we use a very high quality material which
comforts our customers.
The major characteristic of the shoe is that these are more comfortable then any other brands.
Easy to walk easy to use easy to keep. The softness of the shoes releax your feet and you don’t
have to bear this pain for using our shoes because these are made ater consulting with the
doctors. These are more safe and some of our daily usage shoes are also washable. But the
shoes which you cant wash the material is given to the customer for cleaning the shoes.

When shoes relex your feet then your mind is satisfying as well. We offer slipper, cyndles,
winter shoes and child shoes and custom shoes as well.We give 10% off to our new customers.
Discounts are also offered when required.

We provide a best services to our customer. We try to provide quick online service with in a
day. We are managing a web store separately in every city so that quick service should be
maintained.

Loyal customer is our target all the time.

Before the incorporation we conduct market research from different ways. We visit the market
and visit all the brands thoroughly and put all the imporatan things on the paper then analyze.
We visits many doctors at the time of research and consult with them about the heel diseases
of patients.

Many type of heel diseases we explore when we meet with the doctor after that we conclude
that there is a need of medicated shoes of different kind.

Doctors help us more for exploring this research.

In Existing market we don’t have a strong competitor and no one adopted a medicated shoes
as a niche. So we are free from any type of fear.

Businessman, salaried person have a monthly income at least start from 25000. When we are
researching on customers we have find that customers want a comfortable shoes. After
Forecasting the future market we find there will be a need forcomfortable shoes. Because
everyone is going to seek for comfortable shoes.

There is a biggest opportunity for us to launching a medicated shoes now. The pricing system of the
product will be on market research prices will start from 1000 and so on as quality define itself the price
of the product.

Market plan is that we are competing the market with providing the services best. We have a sound

We market our product by different strategy. Pricing system of the product should be depend on the

our customer.

As above mention pricing is setting by the customer. The of prices start from 1000 to 50000.

Products are avaible on our own outlets so shoes must be available there and no local sale for reseal is
mentatory.

Promotion:

Advertise our product and market it. But we are going to select a doctors for the promotion of the
product. Commercials are on-air now on tv on every chennals.

Also banners are made for advertisement.

Shoes are displayed on our own outlet. We are opening a 5 outlet in Lahore at the same day. And flate
10% will be off on any type of shoes. All outlets are on the main roads of the area.

Location is so beautiful so that a patient feel so comfort when he or she enter in the outlet .

Product:

finzy main product is shoes. But it contain a special charteristics that other don’t offer.

Finzy shoes are reliable, longlasting and comfortable. Shoes are warranted for one year if there is any
damage in shoes the company is responsible for the claim. It is very easy for claim you have to go to the
outlet and registred your claim. If your claim is realistic then your claim will be adjusted within the week.

Shoes are for men or women or chaild. shoes are also recommended by the doctors as well.

Facilities:

We have purchase a plant for factory work. The land is owned by the business where all activities will be
take place. We purchase a plant for all the operating activities. All machinery installed in the plant. All
setup cost beard by the company. All logistic requirements fulfilled which are necessary for the plant.
But the land for 5 outlets, on a lease for five year agreement. All leasing policies signed by the BODs and
other authoritative persons. We also pay one year payment of all the outlets. All the agreement signed
and approved in the annual general meeting.

for finzy product and also company to the next level.
