Introduction

Introduction: Vushon is a team of the young and talented entrepreneurs who want to
establish their own business in the market. This is a startup business plan which has very
much potential and it can make profits for a long period. It is mainly a clothing line which is
starting its journey with t-shirts. We want our customers to feel confident and comfortable
wearing our clothes.

We have come up with an idea of custom made clothing for our customers especially for
boys, girls, kids, men and women. We want to see a confident smile on the faces of our
customers while they wear our custom made products which is not often found in mass-
manufactured clothing.

Objectives of the project:

*First of all, it is a startup business and because of that we cannot expect a lot of profits at
the beginning.
*We need to grab our customers which we targeted while target marketing.
*Treating our customers with the best quality products available. So that we can gain their
faith and keep up the customers for long term.
*Grabbing the customers of various range like high range, mid range and low range.
*Gaining popularity among the customers and establishing it as a brand.
*Create opportunities for unemployed and skillful people.
*Last but not the least, we need to make profits out of it and contribute to our country’s
GDP.
Time Frame:
If we want to judge a business by time-frame, there will be two varieties: long-term business
and short-term business.
Now, we want to make ‘Vushon’ a national and hopefully a worldwide brand. For this reason,
we have to invest our time in it. This is not a task of just days. It will take years to reach there.
That is why this project will be a long term business for us. And that is not the end of this, we
want to be bigger and better all the time with this project. Because of that there is no specific
time frame for our project ‘Vushon’. There is no exact time limit of this business but the project
wants its vision to be accomplished within 10 years.

Limitations:
*Competitors: In any business, you need to be conscious about your competitors. You need to
have the knowledge what they are doing, what their plans can be etc. If you cannot track your
competitors’ footstep, you will be out of the business market soon.
*Environment: Sometimes environment can play negative parts in business. It can harm the
business roughly and that will have a bad impact in the project.
*Shortage of skillful employee: In our country, there are so many unemployed person. But
there is not enough skillful person who are really skilled and can do such works sharply. This a
great lacings and threat to any kind of business.
*Man-made disasters: Sometimes things can get out of our control that we can’t do anything
about it like: transport strike, syndicates with the raw materials, issues with locals and so on.
Strategy Formulation and Deployment

Strategy Formulation: Strategy to make ‘Vushon’ unique, successful, sustainable, reliable

and consistent:

 Primary Task: The primary task of the company will be serving the customers’ with best
quality and affordable products in the local market like no other company.

 Core Competencies: The core competencies of our t-shirts will be the comfort and the
fabric quality.

 Order Winner and Order Qualifier: The order qualifier for our product would be the
quality of the product. It will be qualified for purchasing to a customer to buy our
products within various options. Then the order winner would be the pricing of our
products. Affordable pricing to bus t-shirts from us would be the final factor in the
purchasing decision.

 Positioning the Firm: Vushon will not be all things to all people. Choosing important
things like quality, comfort and pricing should be concentrated more and do them
extremely well must be the main focus.
A company that has positioned itself to compete on
Cost
Quality
Flexibility
Speed.
Strategy Deployment: Implementing the strategy can be more difficult than formulating the
strategy more often. There are different effective ways to deploy the strategy but in ‘Vushon’,
we will apply the way called Balanced Scorecard.

Balanced Scorecard: Balanced scorecard is way or process that help us to examine the four
critical areas of a company or a firm:

 Finance: How we should look to our stakeholder?

 Customer: How should we look to our customers?
 Processes: At which business processes must be excelling?
 Learning and Growing: How will we sustain our ability to change and improve?
Break-even Analysis
Cost:
The approximate three-months cost has given below:

Products Material Labor Factory Estimated Product

Cost Cost Overhead No. of Cost Per
Cost Units will Unit (Tk)
Produce

T-shirt 1.5lac 3lac 50k 5k 100

Table: Cost Table

According to this calculation, T-shirts have to sell 200Tk whereas other vendors sell 300Tk to
350Tk.

Break-even Point (In Quantity):

Fixed Cost (Material Cost + Factory Overhead Cost), F = 2lac
Variable Cost per Unit (Total Variable Cost/Number of Units), V = 60
Price per Unit, p= 200Tk
Number of Units Sold at Break-even Quantity, q =?

We know,
q=F/ (p-V)
So, q= 1430
That’s how we can say that we will reach our break-even point when we are done selling 1430
pieces of our t-shirts.
Findings and Recommendations
Findings:
 Very much profitable
 Cost efficient
 Competitive market
 Huge consumer section

Recommendations:
 Needs to be consistent with the quality
 Continuing affordability
 Feasibility test must be done before launching
 Always record information about suppliers and consumers

Conclusion
If our previous measurements pay off to our expectations, our business will be success within
the industry and also we will have a strong hold among the business typhoons. Our business
will not only aid our personal success but also it will have impact on the Gross Domestic
Production. So we can help improving our national economy and currency. We have our
production house, so we will need a mass man power creating opportunity of working places
for a lot of unemployed youth. Also we will train the capable ones with the necessary skills to
evolve themselves for the better good of the company and the national workforce situation.
After our predicted payback time, we will start having the profit which will help us to reach the
ultimate destination, as we are representing the culture of our nation to the world.
