Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you

have positively influenced others, helped resolve disputes or
contributed to group efforts over time.
During my construction class field trip, we were split into groups. I was the only
visitor whilst the otheres had been considered competitors. The basic idea of
what was to come is: We were given blueprints and the competitors were to
replicate them with the materials presented to them. Tools and nails would be
provided. I was not to involve myself in their race to the finish so all I could do is
incourage them. Several people ended up getting hurt, but they went on until the
end which n my opinion was of their own free will. All i would do is motivate them!
We didn’t win but they learned so much through the experience.

alwasy somewhere else. I couldn’t concentrate, i was always distracted but
eventually with time I had started toregain consciousness. I became more aware
and I realized that time goes by fast when one locks himself out. Even today I’m
recovering and its a painful progress. Ill get back on my feet in no time!
