3. I learned about the how middle-class Americans and college students and veterans were
involved in peaceful protests.
4. Today, American society still protest and march down busy streets to send messages. There are
still civil rights issues we haven’t hurdled over as a society yet.
5. I really enjoyed learning about how hundreds of thousands of people came together with the
idea of making life better for all people. They made a huge resolve and risked their lives to send
their message. Even after senseless deaths and beatings, it only make the resolve stronger.
