While watching the news and also reading articles on COVID-19 and

globalization everyone has reason to believe that globalization will sink. In reality,

Covid-19 accelerated the process of globalization. Many such as immigrants and

“Aliens” lost their freedom and hope because of ICE before COVID-19. COVID-19

is just giving the government and the president a bigger reason to keep

immigrants out. Many restrictions have been placed to “protect” us citizens from

the virus, but in reality, nothing was done in the beginning to prevent it at all.

countries have banned the exports of face masks and ventilators, leaving many

countries to run on what they have. Because the US continues to blame China for

causing the pandemic and not doing something about it as early as possible,
imports or even using China-centric supply chains would give the US a reason to

relocate.

According to the proclamation, many of the immigrants not allowed in the US

are Chinese because of the risk of contamination. I believe this is just a way for

Trump to keep immigrants at bay, adding more restrictions and not allowing any

to come into the US. This can cause many companies to lose cheap labor workers.

If these companies such as farms and factories that don’t ‘t know who else they

will be able to hire don’t have people that are willing. They will end up losing a lot

of money as well as products.

COVID-19 has just given the and accelerated many things the government has
wanted to do for a long time now. Immigration restrictions will just get worst as
well as transports from other countries. It will just give them more liberty for
them to do what they already have had planned.
