My Priorities in Life

I Rasul D.Panigas, graduated at University of Southern Mindanao with the

degree of Bachelor of Science in Development Management last 2016.

I decided to took up Professional Education last 2017 at Notre dame of

Kidapawan. When I am taking my Professional Education unit. I realize that teaching
profession will someday fit for me. After taking my unit I took up board exam for
Professional Teachers, but suddenly I didn’t make it for my first take. That time I thought
that teaching is not for me but then I decided to take the board exam again last
September 2018 board exam for teachers. That time I said to myself that if I failed again
this time teaching is not for me. But luckily I made it to pass the board exam. When I
pass the board exam my mindset focus on how can I boost my self confidence as a
teacher or as an educator soon if I will be able to be a part of DepED. Because a not
education student like me maybe it’s hard for us to compete to those who took an
Education course as their degree course. But today in our continuous learning system I
learned a lot of things why education is very important to us and most especially to our
learners. I choose teaching preferably elementary teacher because in their young age I
want them to teach why education is very important to us, because in their young
mindset till end the value of education will not be forgotten. I want to be able to make a
positive difference in the lives of my students. As a future educator I also want to be an
effective teacher who will be remembered fondly by their former students.
