 1- Introduction
This document outlines the six months contract between ARFASOFTECH,
Pakistan and AL SHITAIWI, Saudi Arabia to provide solution to develop a
web portal TouringRiyadh.Com with back office admin panel to mange tour
packages, so that guests / website visitors should be able to book the tour
online and receive confirmation. Moreover ARFASOFTECH will manage social
media marketing, promotion and IT support for YallaSaudia.Com,
AlShitaiwiTours.Com and TouringRiyadh.Com websites and the business.

The aim of these developments is to increase the ROI by allowing users

around the globe to book tour & excursion packages, to be able to book
hotels, city tours as well as tourist camping in Saudi Arabia by using above
portals. Since ARFASOFTECH has vast experience in travel and tourism web
portal development, so this goal can be achieved in a very efficient and well-
organized manner.

ARFASOFTECH is hereby proposing a feasible solution to address these

needs. Our solution will not only meet these requirements but by applying
our experience in this field, we are able to exceed the client’s expectations.
Our solution is divided to features essential to the client’s requirements as
well as optional functionalities which we know by experience that greatly
adds value to service in this industry.

2- TouringRiyadh.Com
It is required to develop TouringRiyadh.Com and admin panel to manage
Riyadh Tours in the back-office by Website Admin.

Website visitors / guests will visit the website and search and check it, then
select the service and confirm and do payment as per cancellation and / or
terms and conditions.
The website will support two languages 1- Arabic, 2- English.

It is required to do social media marketing and promotion for
YallaSaudia.Com.

4- AlShitaiwiTours.Com
It is required to do social media marketing and promotion for
AlShitaiwiTours.Com.

5- Business Marketing and Promotion

It is required to market and promote overall business activities through
social media marketing, search engine optimization, writing posts and
through other channels etc.

6- Costs & Payment Terms

Both parties are agreeing to perform above tasks for the payment of
SAR2500 per month.

7- Contract Duration
This contract is initially valid for six months starting from September 1, 2020
to February 28, 2021 inclusive and can be renewed later with updated terms
and conditions.

 8- Notes
 All graphic designs for social media and promotion will be designed and
provided by the client.
 To transfer any amount totals, transfer fees of wire transfers / bank
transfers are excluded and shall be paid by clients.
 Text for Arabic translation shall be provided by the client.

9- Confidentiality
ARFASOFTECH agrees and undertakes with AL SHITAIWI that it shall not at
any time disclose or reveal to any person or entity or third party, without
the need to know for the purposes of fulfilling the obligations, any personal
data belonging to Al SHITAIWI or the work has been done or usernames and
passwords and usernames of all accounts of AL SHITAIWI domains (
Yallasaudia - Al Shitaiwi Tours – Beinhotel - TouringRiyadh or others and its
very sensitive information not to be passed to untrusted people.
ARFASOFTECH will be responsible of the security of these accounts beside
AL SHITAIWI employee.

ARFASOFTECH and the AL SHITAIWI agree not to disclose or reveal the

terms of the agreement to any person or entity not employed by, or not
affiliated with, both parties. For the avoidance of any doubt, this
confidential information includes: contracted rates, allocation, production,
itineraries and all related arrangements.
