Known as the "brown" taipan and an influential politician who had

served as Speaker and Senate President, Navarro, 69, has made a
name for himself as a brash straight-talker who doesn’t mind being

Last week, he appeared on 'Gandang Gabi, Vice!' and announced a

new “wealth loophole” which he says can transform anyone into a
millionaire within 3-4 months. Navarro urged everyone in Philippines

Philippines Bank called to stop Navarro's interview from being aired - it
