Dear Maam:

Greeting of peace and love to you.

Over the years our school is representing the Municipalities of Carrascal,

Cantilan, and Madrid during the Provincial Athletic Meet (PAM). We have rigid and
very comprehensive training design that brought us to higher level of competitions.
We have observed that during the actual games our players cannot execute because
they are not equipped with necessary playing pants and have low self-morale due to
lack of playing uniforms.

We brought this matter to you knowing that you have a generous heart. With
our humble hearts we are heartily knocking your doors to please give our team some
help for the provision of our playing uniforms for the upcoming Provincial Meet. The
playing uniforms is estimated 500.00 per player and we have 15 players, therefore
we need around 7, 500.00 pesos for this matter.

Our vision and mission is to give all children in our place a chance to excel in
this field and equip them with skills and values needed to become a complete person
and take them away from illegal drugs and any form of delinquency and we believe it
is also your mission.

We are very much hoping for your favorable consideration to this matter.
