WEEKLY HOME LEARNING PLAN


Subject: Mathematics 10 Quarter: First Quarter Inclusive Dates: October 12 – 17, 2020
Great day our dear learner, this is your 1st Quarter Weekly Home Learning Plan (WHLP) for Mathematics Grade 10. This WHLP will
guide you on what to do in your module. This will further help you manage your time properly because your daily schedule is set in this WHLP.
Please be reminded that you are answering self-learning modules (SLMs) which will not only develop your mathematical skills but your self-
discipline, honesty, time-management, and intrapersonal skills as well.

This WHLP breakdowns your daily tasks and your tasks in each module. Please take note that your scores in “What I know and “What
can I do” will not form part of your grades” however it will greatly help you in developing essential skills that are stated in the content and
performance standards and on the objectives. These parts will prepare you in taking “What I have learned” and major outputs that will tell
how much you’ve learned and will be part of your grades. On “What I know” and “What can I do” you will check your own work through the
guidance of your parents, and you will reflect on it. On “What I have learned” the teacher will be the one to check your work. All your answers
and reflection will be written in your Mathematics Journal Notebook (A big notebook – 50 leaves).

In accomplishing each module please follow this steps/ learning tasks:

Mathematics 10 Teacher 1. Read the pre-word of the module, content and performance standards, and please take note of the lesson objectives under “what I need
to know” because it will guide you on your journey through this module.
2. Please be familiarized with the “portfolio goal setting because after you answer this module you will accomplish your portfolio.
3. Answer “What I Know” and check your answer in the answer key. Then reflect on your score/performance, write your reflection on your
journal notebook. Remember that your answers will be written a big notebook.
4. To guide you on what is the lesson all about read and understand “What is it”. You can read this as many times as you want. You can also
watch the teacher-made video lesson to further clarify your storm clouds. Please make sure to master it.
5. If you are ready, answer “What Can I do 1. After answering, compare your answers in the answer key, you can make adjustments in your
answers and reflect on it. If you want more activities to deepen understanding you can practice using your book, see activities under the
module you are answering.
6. Repeat the previous step as you proceed to “What Can I do 2 & 3. Make sure you master the skill.
7. If you’re ready, you can now take “What I have learned. Remember that this part will tell how much you understood in the module.
8. Accomplish your portfolio. In doing it, please use the following format:

If your score in “What I have learned” does not reached the performance level of 80% you will be given an intervention program that
you will be answering every 4:00 – 5:00 PM and during your vacant time. Your intervention materials will be given a week after the module
