Sub-system Mechanical
Completion Certificate
(MCC)

The Mechanical Completion Certificate (MCC) is an ICAPS output for each


Sub-system, it shall be signed off by the involved parties once all the
“0”check sheets (installation check sheets) have been signed and no
category punch “A” and “B” are left opened.

Equipment FAT report

All equipment Factory Acceptance Test Report collected and signed by the
involved parties.

Test Equipment
Calibration Certificates

All equipment Test Equipment Calibration Certificates collected.


Prepare a register where all Calibration Certificates are listed for each
instrument used during “0” check sheets tests.

Sub-system Turn Over
System Drawings

All relevant Sub-system Turn Over System Drawings extracted from


document 8001-00001001-XL-000010 (refer to Chapter 3.6 to identify the
page where the marked up document for the considered sub-system is
positioned).

Mark-up, if any)

All relevant Sub-system Drawings Register and related As Build RLMU


(Red Line Mark Up) Drawings.

Register

All relevant Sub-system Design Instructions highlighted on the Design
