(Spring-2020)will be a bit diff-erentfiom normal casesdue to pandemic,as outlined
below:

L As announced earliereverystudentwill be allowedTk. 600 (Tk. 300 + Tk. 300)for

aidingthe purchaseof the intefnetpackage,which will be adjustedfrom the present
Semester Fees.
2. To assistthe studentsacquirephones,Tk. 6,000 (Tk. 3000 + Tk. 3000) will be
deductedfrom otherpayablefeesof this semester to conductonline classes,exams,
etc. in a smarterway. Tk. 6.000/- will be discountedfrom the charsesof this
semester.

1. The unspenttransportation moneyof Tk. 850.00(eighthundredfifty) per studentas
suggestedby the studentrepresentatives of TransportationCommitteeof Fall-2019
will be adjustedas follows: (Notificationregardingthis matterfrom Transportation
Management Comrnitteewhich was issuedon 12.01.21is to be followed.)
a) For the outgoingstudents(412and512in Fall-2O19), this amountwill be adjusted
with the payablefee for the undergraduate
certificate.
b) For the studentsof 4t1'year 2^dsemesterand 5thyear2"d semesterin spring 2020,
this amountwill be adjustedwith the transportationfee if the bus serviceresumes
in this semester

d) For the studentsof 1" year 2"o semesterin Spring-2020(i.e. admittedin Fall-
2019),the payabletransportationfee of Tk. 650.00 (six hundredfifty) eachwill
be adjustedwith the discountallowedby the authoritybecausethe studentshave
not paid transportationfeesin the last semester.
e) The studentsstudyingin different Departmentsas specialcategory(FF, RA) are
informedthat the moneyTk. 650.00(six hundredfifty) eachwill be adjustedwith
providedby the authority.

g) Only few studentswho did not pay the correctTransportationFee,the adjustment
will be madefrom the alloweddiscountthis semester.
Basedon the aboveadjustments,payment of semesterfeesmay be made from now
on through online at uny branch of One Bank Ltd. The last date will be notilied later.
Thosewho have not clearedthe feesin the last semestershould clear that first bv
contactingthe office of the Registrar.
