Garlic Butter Chicken

Tools and Equipments: Ingredients:

Frying Pan 1 stick of Butter

Knife 1 whole garlic head

Cutting Board 3/4kg Chicken

Wooden Spatula 4-5 tbsp Cooking Oil

Bowl 1 Pack magic sarap

Plate Pinch of salt

Siling Labuyo

Ground Black Pepper

Procedure:

1. Chop the garlic using a knife and chopping board into minced

2. Chop the siling labuyo into small using a knife and chopping board

3. Chop the chicken into small size using a knife and chopping board

4. In a hot pan put the 4-5 tbsp of cooking oil and saute minced garlic using wooden spatula used low-
medium heat, saute for around one minute and add the siling labuyo continue sauteing for around 30
seconds

5. Then add the chicken, add one pack or 8 grams of seasoning mix it well absorb the flavor add ground
black pepper adjust to your taste, add a pinch of salt for added taste

6. Mix it well and continue cooking the chicken

7. When our chicken starts to turn down, add small chunks of butter

8. Once one side of the chicken is golden brown turn it over to cook the other side continue to cook on
medium heat

9. Once our chicken is completely golden brown put it on a plate and serve and enjoy.
