Background
Women's empowerment is a systematic and
planned effort to achieve gender equality and justice
in life. Women have great potential in various
aspects, including social, economic, political,
educational, and so on.
Empowerment has three strengths in itself, namely
the power to act, the strength to build cooperation,
and the strength in the human person.
Empowerment of women in particular and
empowerment in general is one of the topics that
get the most attention from various groups.
The challenges in the Kiwari era for women are still
