The following engineers whose accreditation for DPWH Provisional Project Engineers and
Inspectors were deferred due to non-conformance to Sub-Clause 1.2 of Department Order
No. 114, Series of 2018, are hereby accredited by virtue of their compliance to the required
contract provisions by engineers with job order employment status and approved
appointments for engineers with permanent positions:

B. PROVISIONAL PROJECT INSPECTORS:

1. BAUTISTA, JUNNEL RAY C.

2. FERNANDEZ, RENZ RODNEY S.
3. SACLAYAN, JAYSON D.

In view of this accreditation, the above-mentioned engineers may be assigned to supervise

DPWH projects, subject to the limits of assignment spelled out under Department Order No.
114, Series of 2018.

An identification card and a certificate of accreditation bearing an accreditation number with

validity of three (3) years for Permanent Provisional Project Engineers/Inspectors and two
(2) years for Job Order Provisional Project Inspectors shall be issued to each accredited
engineer/inspector.

After a year, the provisional accreditation rank for engineers with permanent employment
status may be upgraded individually to regular accreditation before the expiration of their
provisional accreditation.
