 No CFC, hence environment friendly - Uses water (R 712) as refrigerant
instead of ozone depleting Chlorofluorocarbons
 No noise
 No moving parts, therefore no dynamic load
 No vibration, therefore silent operation

 Negligible maintenance

 Negligible power - Power required for only small pumps

Evaporative Cooling System
all factory premises An evaporative cooler (also swamp cooler, desert cooler and wet air cooler) is a
device that cools air through the evaporation of water.

Governing principle: Cooling is provide by Evaporative heat

exchange which takes advantage of the principles of the latent heat of
evaporation where tremendous heat is exchanged when water
evaporates

Evaporative Cooling Traditional Cooling

- Economical to operate - Higher-cost to operate

- Energy efficient - Higher energy usage

- Best used in hot, dry climates - Effective in any climate

- Fresh, clean air - Recirculated air
- Inexpensive installation - More up front installation costs

- Minimal maintenance required - Regular cleaning needed

- Very low CO2 emissions - Higher emissions comparatively

- Adds moisture to the air - Removes moisture from the air

- Allows for open windows and doors - Effective in enclosed space

- Quiet operation - Some are noisy when running

Storage & Collection of Recyclables

Separate waste bins kept in each workstation, toilets, cafeterias and other
areas.

Governing principle: Segregated waste equates to more control

over waste management. Waste can then be recycled or reused.

Advantages

 Segregated waste is easier to monitor

 Each waste type can be disposed of in unique methods.

 Waste can be reduced by developing projects that specifically target each type
of waste.
