Overall Budget
The overall budget for my visual advert is £1005.43

Contingency Plans

During the post production, the computer could shut down or crash so I should make sure I
save my work as I go along to prevent me from losing my work. As soon as we start we
should instantly make a file and save it to the H drive to make sure we have a copy of the
work saved.

The cast member might agree to go ahead with my advert but they might pull out of the
agreement last minute. This means that I will need a back up cast member who is reliable
and has agreed to do it if my first choice can’t make the date. Therefore, I will be able to go
ahead with the advert which will give me more time to do other things as I won’t have wasted
any time or effort for no reason.

I need to make sure that I save the photos to my drive before returning the camera back to
college. This is because the pictures could get deleted off the camera and i’d have to book
out the camera again, agree on another time with the cast member and retake the
photographs. Therefore, I will save the photographs to my drive before returning the camera
back to avoid the risk of having to retake them.

I will have to plan my days based around the weather. This is because I need to choose
days where the weather is dry as the cameras and equipment can’t get wet. Therefore, I will
need to plan backup days to allow me to film my audio-visual advert.
