Contingency Plan
Our contingency plans are in place to help me make sure my production is possible and
achievable by the given date for it to be finished. For instance if one of our actors in any of
my filmings cancel on me and aren't able to do the task. I will have backup people that I can
sort a date with to replace my original, this will be possible as we will organise anything
beforehand so the deadline for the thriller trailer is met.
Another plan I will have in place is the location’s if somewhere is not open or is not
accessible I will then go to another place that is very similar to my original idea, I will then
make sure they too are accessible and I am able to get to the location to meet the deadline
for my trailer.
If any of my equipment doesn't work or breaks I will always make sure I have access to more
equipment, I will have multiple pieces of equipment I can use such as batteries if one dies or
get access to another camera if one breaks.
