Individual Reflection.

Introduction

From this module learning I have gained much knowledge by presenting on each of the topics
which had been given in this module. Being a part of in this as a theoretical work I had
experiences in working as a group. The aspect of our group work is to mention that the
experiences and the learning been used to put out the correct way to achieve it. But working
in a group I had learnt to sort out where in the mistakes had appeared and clearly had an idea
to br finalised. This allows me to manage the time over time. In group work we cannot think
individually because it helps to become a whole with each member. This in fact cooperation
in the group helps in achieving a planned goal just like an organisation how it gets achieved.

What I learnt from this module?

This module talks about the strategic goal of an enterprise is to be in the profit and the
benefit. “The aim here is to create between the business and competiting business” I have
learnt needs of the company must respond to the social, political, and natural environment.
For gaining the profit. Each company must have goals to achieve.
Throughout this module had given me an influence of an idea that how analysis is beneficial
for changing the future. I learnt by acquiring the swot analysis by using its pestle analysis.
. The Porters five force frameworks were been clearly drafted and explained by using the
good frameworks by understanding how we should analyse competitors for turning the
competition into advantage. Had learnt on presenting the topics given to me and to present
the case study given by the mentor. This helped me gaining knowledge and skills for
interacting in the session. And helped me in gaining ideas to be apply in the future. It helped
me to know about the invisible assets for providing the time taken for a competitive
advantage over time. It thought me to learn how the organisation have changed their
structure in the few years and showed how the new changes were made to be acquired. In this
I learnt on how the company is based on the differentiation of cost and advantage in to be
performed in the competition well . It teaches to show how we need to need and perform
well while working in an organisation.
How they are going to be benefit me for my professional practices in influencing the
organisation strategy?
What I learnt has made me to realise to acquire the innovation to be well known in the
management . I realized for setting strategies to be strong and to analyse to reach and
achieve my goals. For the companies to be in success is required by performing by using
the skills and the knowledge. So that they can perform well in the organisation to impact in
the business and the environment.
However for achieving in good success depends by performing well in the organisation and
need to work hard to perform well in the future.. Not only within ourselves and also to the
society, country, region for a better humanity. I ensure the analysis in this theory use in this
module that I ha will help me to be beneficial and contribute to achieve my goal in which
will help me to boost my career growth..

Conclusion
To illustrate this is proven me that this module has added me in giving me much relevant
information. Apart from being taught by this module it helped me to get interacted and had
been a good experience to be united with people from various different culture and ideas that
has been gained.
However, I have learnt all the information which has been provided to me and to contribute
for my future growth in life.
