your home is managed. I’ve learned a thing or two about this from running a
cleaning and home management company for over 15 years. And I want to share
the secrets I’ve learned so you too can bring your home management skills to the
next level. Using the cleaning calendar is an excellent way to ensure you that will
take your home from where it is now to a place where it will be neat and tidy and
stay that way even longer. Becoming a master of home management and upping
your skills in this area can easily and readily be done. None of them are all that

The World of Business

By: Ylan, Michelle, Beata, and Josh

The world of business provides such a thrill,

Due to the workers having outstanding skill.
Their intelligent actions, caused by their knowledge,
That they might have gained from university or college.
A key to success is working within an organization,
Along with other people who have lots of dedication.
Who all work together to accomplish a goal,
Completing all tasks on time so there is no remorse.
Planning ahead to stay on track,
Organizing yourself so that time won’t lack.
Assign work on time and keep yourself neat,
Wouldn’t want to misplace a critical sheet!
Managers are responsible for all the workers and more,

Making sure everything is seamless right down to the core.
Leading by example is part of their job,
Encouragement and feedback without being a snob.
Answering to a higher power is called accountability,
Getting feedback and improving is your responsibility.
The invisible barrier that prevents from achieving,
Is not always obvious which is often deceiving.
In the business world these factors are key,
Follow these steps and successful you’ll be.

Alpha Beta Inc. decided to go for perfect coordination in the various
aspects of the company. They focus on synchronization of all the activities of the
organization. For this they know coordination will be the key. At the stage of
thinking of what is to be done throughout the year they decide to take into
consideration the harmony between the goals of the organization and those of the
individual departments. When they hire employees, they pay them only after
evaluating their worth in terms of how efficient they are. Finally, when the last
month of production comes, they, time and again check the deviation between the
set targets and the actual production done.

In the above paragraph the main focus is on coordination. However various

functions of management also come into picture. You have to identify the three
functions of management highlighted above in which coordination can be seen.
