RECOMMENDING THE APPROVAL OF BAC’S DECLARATION
OF POWERARC INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY CORPORATION
AS THE LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BIDDER
FOR THE “SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF
1 Vehicle Lifter; 2-post Lift; 4 Ton; Clear Floor”

WHEREAS, TESDA Provincial Training Center – Misamis Occidental Bids and Awards Committee (BAC),
advertised the Invitation to Bid for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF 1 Vehicle
Lifter; 2-post Lift; 4 Ton; Clear Floor on December 18, 2020 under PhilGEPS Reference number 7370663.

WHEREAS, on December 28, 2020, the deadline of submission and opening of bids, one (1) bidder joined the
said bidding: (1) POWERARC INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY CORPORATION “Passed” during the preliminary
examination of bids as reflected in the declaration of Lowest Calculated Bid – Technical Proposal as
enumerated below:

WHEREAS, immediately after the deadline of submission of bids, a preliminary examination of bids was
conducted using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion;

WHEREAS, the bid proposals of POWERARC INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY CORPORATION, and the detailed
evaluation of its bid as computed was found to be complying as reflected in the Declaration of
Lowest Calculated Bid – Financial Proposal;

WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation and verification of all eligibility, technical and financial
requirement submitted, the bid below was found to be responsive and therefore declared as the
“Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB)”;

NOW, THEREFORE, WE, the Members of the BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE (BAC), by virtue of the powers
vested on US by law, for and in consideration of the foregoing, hereby resolve as it is hereby RESOLVED;

a) To declare POWERARC INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY CORPORATION as the Bidder with the Lowest
Calculated and Responsive Bid for the SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, AND COMMISSIONING OF 1
Vehicle Lifter; 2-post Lift; 4 Ton; Clear Floor under PhilGEPS Reference number 7370663.

b) To recommend for approval by the head of the Procuring Entity EULOGIO P. SULLANO JR. the
foregoing findings.
