Information on the 1099-A

In the inquiry received, you requested additional information about the 1099s that were sent to
you. We've determined that an update was needed on the account. We'd like to provide you with
more information about our resolution.

Here’s what we found

We found that the 2018 1099-A for loan number 0483971123 needed some corrections.
Enclosed is the corrected 2018 1099-A for that account. No other 1099s needed corrected and
we have enclosed the 2017 1099-A for loan number 0482921111 for your records.
