personal growth. Making a career in eSports requires having an alternative plan or
a (difaind) defined, planning for the future.

sistema educativo español .

país , en vez de ayudarlo a aprender y que te entienda y España se encuentra en
los puestos más bajos del ranking del PISA y Inestabilidad por los constantes
cambios de gobierno .

educativos con pedagogías alternativas, reforzar a los maestros dándoles más
autonomía. También apostar por la creatividad y el aprendizaje vivencial y

reducir radicalmente las ratios en vez de aumentarlas y dar un verdadero impulso a
la educación emocional, la personalización y la atención a las necesidades

En infantil: separación temprana de sus figuras de apego, mala adaptación, fichas

interminables y obligación de normas que impiden al niño su actividad natural de
juego, movimiento y experimentación.

•En primaria: memorización y estandarización, deberes y más deberes, exámenes que

no valoran la creatividad y la curiosidad y sí la capacidad de estudiar exactamente
lo que pone en el libro. Y eso sí, muchos castigos como si los castigos fueran a
despertar su amor al saber.

•En secundaria: llegan hartos, forzados a seguir poniendo horas a aprender lo que
otros exigen necesario y sin capacidad de preguntarse sobre ellos mismos, sin
tiempo libre agotados y sin capacidad de pensamiento crítico.

Hay mucha homogenidad , contenidos descriptivos , la valoración de resultados en

exámenes memorísticos, con la amenaza siempre de los suspensos y la Selectividad.

reduce ratios instead of increasing them and give a real boost to emotional
education, personalisation and attention to individual needs.

What I see wrong is that in

In infants: early separation from their attachment figures, poor adaptation,

endless cards and obligation of rules that prevent children from their natural
activity of play, movement and experimentation.

-In primary school: memorisation and standardisation, homework and more homework,
exams that do not value creativity and curiosity but rather the ability to study
