Physical asset of higher educational institution is one of the important factory necessary for the
operation of the school. Good facilities will give a conducive environment for learning.

GADTC’s continuous improvement shows that the administration especially the Governor and
Mayor prioritize the physical aspect of the school. However, there are some recommendation
that can be considered. These are the following:
