more or less situated at F&E De Castro, Niog, Bacoor, Cavite and more
particularly described in Transfer Certificate Title No. T-320454 and Tax
Declaration No. 19-238-0026-01683 & issued by the Registry of Deeds for the
Province of Cavite and by the Municipality Assessor of Bacoor, respectively.
The above-cited payment was made for the initial satisfaction of the
undersigned in connection with the Deed of Absolute Sale executed by and
between flordeliz O. Nocon (SELLER) and Heriberto O. Velez and Marietta C.
Velez (BUYERS).
