PESOS (Php 1,900,000.00), representing the total payment of Mr. and Mrs.
Bethoven S. Saguid and Benilda M. Saguid for a parcel of land consisting of
TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN SQ. METERS (216) more or less situated at Niog,
Bacoor, Cavite and more particularly described in Transfer Certificate Title No.
235065 and Tax Declaration No. 19-238-0026-00108 & issued by the Registry of
Deeds for the Province of Cavite and by the Municipality Assessor of Bacoor,
respectively.
The above-cited payment was made for the entire satisfaction of the
undersigned in connection with the Deed of Absolute Sale executed by and
between Erlinda C. Baloy and Rosalina C. Baloy (SELLERS) and Bethoven S.
Saguid and Benilda M. Saguid (BUYERS).
