In theory, we study that we change one factor about a product such as marketing campaign/ Price/

packaging/any product attribute (healthier/more quantity in same price) and then we calculate the
effect of that change on our profitability.

But in practice, it is not always the case. Many a times firms change multiple attributes of a product
at the same time and send the new message to the audience about the changed product. In such
case how can we calculate what attribute change (marketing/product related attribute) contributes
to the profitability the most?

Suppose we have a website and in one of the web pages, we have some sensitive data related to our
firm’s financial details or employee details that we show only to our subscribed users. But we do not
want any search Engine to crawl that page of our website, index that page and show it in search
results.

Is there any way by which we can prevent any search engine to crawl a particular web page of our
website?
