DEED OF TRANSFER OF TITLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:

This deed, made and entered into this 25th day of January 2021 at the City of San

Fernando La Union, by and between:

ALBERT F. PADILLA, Filipino, of legal age, married and a resident of Tallaoen, Luna,

La Union, herein referred to as the “ASSIGNEE”

-AND-

PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF LA UNION, a government entity, herein referred

to as the “ASSIGNOR”

WITNESSETH that-

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNEE is the buyer of a parcel of land located at the City of San

Fernando La Union in the amount of Seventy Million Pesos (Php 70,000,000) with an area of

70,000 square meters located at Sevilla, City of San Fernando, La Union covered by Transfer

Certificate Title No. 025-2017002093;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR has offered to assign all his rights, title and interest over

the parcel of land and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the following terms herein set forth;

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises and in the sum of

SEVENTY ,ILLION PESOS (Php 70,000,000). PHILIPPINE CURRENCY, which the

ASSIGNOR hereby acknowledged to have received from the ASSIGNEE and that the

ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers the said parcel of land to the ASSIGNEE.
