Solidify Your Learning Plan

We will enter the installation phase next week. Before that, catch up on any
content you've missed out and ensure that you start to plan your learning
experience next week. You can use your flow profile and your motives, that
you've explored deeper on Day 2.

Planning your learning better can support you in the next few weeks as we
develop new habits. You will add more tools to it as you go. Don't worry too
much about getting it perfect. Simply start evaluating and ask yourself
these following questions.

Building a  Learning Plan for the Next Few

Weeks
1. Evaluate your learning schedule and space. Reflect:

 Do you learn and take the lesson at the time when you're most
awake?
 Does your learning space support your learning process? How can you
make the most out of it?
 What potential hurdles do you see for yourself in this quest? How can
you overcome them?

2. Now that you know what your Flow Profile is, explore your Flow Profile
further (the Flow document is re-attached below). Read more and
understand deeper. Even though the Habit of Ferocity Quest is not about
Flow, you can use your typical flow hacks to learn better.

For example:

 If you are a Flow Goer, a 5-minute dance routine or meditation before

learning might help you to get into flow.
 If you are a Crowd Pleaser, consider to learn in a group or with a
learning partner, or commit to always share your insights with the Tribe, and
also respond to others.
Actions for Today
1. Catch up on the content you’ve missed out.

2. Review your flow profile and evaluate your learning schedule. Based on
your flow profile, reflect:

 What are your common and potential hurdles in learning, or potential

hurdles do you see for yourself in this quest? How can you overcome them?
 What can you do to start using the typical flow hacks in your learning
journey?

3. [Optional] Evaluate your learning space and, if needed, adjust based on

your flow profile. Get creative.

4. [Optional] Share your insights, findings, or learning strategies with the

Tribe on Day 6.

In this session, Steven answers your frequently asked questions from the
Q&A call and shares his main techniques for overcoming challenges.

You can use the timestamps to jump to a specific question from the
session.

identify it? What are some characteristics? And how to overcome it?
2. [Topic 2 - 01:48] Can the Habit of Ferocity degenerate into "The Habit
of Being a High Achieving Workaholic?" How can I feel confident that by
focusing so much on these practices that those I love will not feel ignored?
3. [Topic 3 - 03:26] In the Masterclass you mentioned: "train yourself to
be your best when you are at your worst." E.g push yourself in the gym after
a long exhausting day and when you only had few hours of sleep. How would
you ensure you train your "grit" while not destroying or compromising on your
health?
4. [Topic 4 - 04:25] What should I do if my mind is clear and fully
committed to achieving my goals and I’m having my motivators stacked up
but I’m still finding myself not emotionally fired up to take the necessary
actions?
5. [Topic 5 - 05:20] You mention that there is no point in time where you
just get to where you want and relax. How can you enjoy your life while at
the same time consistently challenging yourself? Is this "The Habit Of
Ferocity" enjoyable?
6. [Topic 6 - 07:30] I am lacking in sustaining my daily practices and
habits when things get busy or overwhelming. How do I overcome this
consistency problem and automatize what is required to show up effortlessly

of doing new things in a top performance way, but struggle to find the
purpose? How can this affect your performance? How can ferocity help with
purpose?
14. [Topic 14 - 20:05] I took the Flow Profile Quiz and my result was a
"Deep Thinker." Although I think this is accurate, I also feel half of me is a
"Flow Goer." Does the system work if you feel you are two things rather than
just one?
15. [Topic 15 - 21:25] Can my flow profile change with time? At different
moments of my life, I can experience flow in different ways? Can my triggers
change?
16. [Topic 16 - 22:35] Could you share any projects you are doing right
now and how you are applying the Habit of Ferocity in your day to day life?
