Sub: Prayer for waive my semester fee.

Dear Sir,

With due respect I would like to inform you that, I am Mahmud Hasan Shakib, a student of your
university in 5th Semester in the Department of BBA, belong ID-2016110000073. I have come from a
middle class family. My father is a businessman & he is the only income source of my family. We are one
brother & two sisters. One of my sister is mentally disabled. She is 22 years old & her treatment is going
on for last 22 years. Another of my little sister is a student of class nine in science group. So, in this
present situation it’s becoming a burden for my father to bear all the expenses of my family along with
the treatment of my mentally disabled sister & my study related expenses.

May, I therefore, pray & hope that you would be kind enough to waive my semester fee after consider
my present situation & help me out to continue my studies for my bright future.
